Prefer to collect your order in person? Simply choose the 'Pick Up' option at checkout. You can collect your items from our Kensal Green pick-up point (NW10). We’ll notify you via email when your order is ready, typically within 2-4 days.
Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns
If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, simply email us at info@umumobjects.com with your order details. Once we approve your return, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back. For peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the item remains your responsibility until we receive it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

UK Shipping
We offer a flat rate of £4.99 for all UK orders. Orders over £200 qualify for free shipping. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery within 3 working days, and we’ll send you tracking details to keep you updated on your delivery’s progress.
